Why In-Patient Identification Is Non-Negotiable

NABH 5th edition norms require every admitted patient to wear a positive identification wristband at all times. Two patient identifiers (typically Name and IP Number, or DOB) must match before any medication, procedure, transfusion or imaging study. Healtec in-patient wristbands are designed around this protocol – large legible print zones for Name, IP No., Ward, Bed No., Blood Group, Age, Sex and Consultant.

Sizes & Colours

Material & Compliance

Made from medical-grade fiber-reinforced polymer. Bactericide and fungicide coated. Strictly free of PVC, vinyl, rubber and latex – Healtec deliberately removed these materials from production because they are no longer favoured in regulated healthcare markets due to allergen risks. Fully NABH compliant.
